How long will take for my online store to be completed?
It varies on the project, but you will be notified of a design schedule once your order is placed with a designer. We can attempt to meet any deadlines you may have that are within reason from the start of the project.

Do I own the website your Firm designs?
Yes! You are the owner once you take full ownership of the website. You will be provided with a digital file that will include all your images and files used to create your website. You can use these files to transfer to a new web host if you decide to change hosting at any time.

How many items can I have on the website?
If you have a PayPal store you can have unlimited items, however we will only create the first 20 for you, but we will educate you on how to add items yourself. It is actually very simple! If you are having a full online store designed, we create the first 50 items for you and also educate you on adding new items/categories. You can also have unlimited items on a full online store.

Can I get a discount if I am in the military?
Yes, we offer a 10% military discount to active military as well to anyone over 65. We also offer occasional specials, check our online quote/order page for details.

Can I take credit cards without having a merchant account?
You can choose to take an offline order and ask that someone enter their credit card number on screen, but we don’t recommend that since there is a security issue involved. We recommend you either get set up with PayPal or Authorize.net.

Can I offer discounts to visitors or registered users?
Yes, both the PayPal and Full Online store package have the ability to implement discount codes or vouchers which will allow percentage or flat rate discounts.

What if I want the design changed for the season?
We can understand why you would want to change your design; in fact we recommend you do that, for example: in the winter season your website could have some holiday related graphics that allow your visitors to feel welcomed and know that your site is updated. We can provide you with a quote on changing your design/graphics.
