How long will take for my project to be completed?
It varies on the project, but you will be notified of a design schedule once your order is placed with a designer. We can attempt to meet any deadlines you may have that are within reason from the start of the project.

Do I own the website you design?
Yes! You are the owner once you take full ownership of the website. You will be provided with a digital file that will include all your images and files used to create your website. You can use these files to transfer to a new web host if you decide to change hosting at anytime.

How many images can I have on the website?
There are two different types of images. There are stock images which are provided by us and can be used throughout your website project and there are images such as in a photo gallery. The answer to either type of image is: unlimited. We do not put a cap on how many you can have. In fact a lot of time if we design a web portfolio or photo gallery for you, you will have the availability to add photos on your own as well as delete photos.

Do you register the domain under my name?
Yes, the domain will be registered under your name and it will also be a Private Registration which means, your contact information will be made private so you do not get junk mail in your e-mail and regular mail address. Jazda Web Design Firm will only be listed as the technical contact to make any changes regarding the technical side of your domain.

If I already have a logo, but I choose one of your full design packages, does the price decrease?
The price would remain the same, because we would still need to graphically translate the logo into your website so some graphic changes may be made, but will not affect the provided logo.

Can I get a discount if I am in the military?
Yes, we offer a 10% military discount to active military as well to anyone over 65. We also offer occasional specials, check our online quote/order page for details.

If I have hosting elsewhere, why do I need to give you my account information?
We need your hosting plan information so we may confirm that your current hosts has all the required settings and software upgrades so that we will have no issues when uploading the website to the server. You can change the password on your hosting account once we have completed our research and upload.

Can I access my e-mail from any computer?
If you host with Jazda Web Design Firm, you will be provided with unique e-mail addresses This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . You will also be provided with web mail access that allows you to check your e-mail from anywhere as long as you are connected to the internet.
